Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the operators of the StartHub Academy Community ("the community", "we", "us"). By joining or using the community you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the community.
1. Membership
The community is private and by invitation. Your invitation is personal: don't share your sign-in details, and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to join.
2. What you post
You keep ownership of what you post — posts, comments, messages, images, files and recordings. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and share it inside the community, as needed to run the community. You confirm you have the right to post it.
3. How we all behave
Be respectful. Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, misleading or infringing; don't spam or advertise without permission; don't try to get into accounts, spaces or data that aren't yours; and don't copy or share other members' content or personal information outside the community without their permission.
4. Our content and programmes
Courses, recordings, templates and other material we provide are for your own use as a member. Don't resell, republish or share them outside the community without our written permission.
5. Ending membership
You can stop using the community at any time. We may pause or remove access if these terms are broken, if a membership ends, or to protect the community and its members. Some of what you posted may stay visible to other members afterwards (for example, replies in a conversation).
6. No warranties
The community is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in the community is financial, legal or professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other members post or do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we make significant changes we'll let members know, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the community means you accept the updated terms.
